Exquisite in color and aroma, this magenta tea recalls sweet jamaica drinks from the local taqueria. Natural sweetness from stevia balances the tart acidity of hibiscus flower and peppermint adds a refreshing zing. Brew strong, and serve hot or cold over ice for a delicious and stimulating afternoon pick-me-up.
- freeze in ice cube trays and glasses of water throughout the week
- muddle with slices of ginger, then pour over ice with tequila and lime
